[#128] token: Add getters/setters

Added methods:
- Empty() bool;
- Expiration() uint64;
- NotBeforeTime() uint64;
- IssuedAt() uint64;
- EACLTable() *eacl.Table;
- OwnerID() *owner.ID
- Signature() *signature.Signature;
- VerifySignature() error.
