Miek Gieben	2cca527d9f	middleware/file: fix delegations (#376 ) Fix the delegation handling in the file and dnssec middleware. Refactor tests a bit and show that they are failling. middleware/file: fix delegations (#376 )

Fix the delegation handling in the *file* and *dnssec* middleware.
