Yong Tang 1fc0c16968 Update vendor libraries except client-go, apimachinery and ugorji/go (#1197) 
This fix updates vendor libraries except client-go, apimachinery
and ugorji/go, as github.com/ugorji/go/codec is causing compatibilities issues.

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
