Michael Richmond c079de65b5 Adding resyncperiod to Corefile (#205)
* Removing old unused inline k8s API code and tests.
* Adding parsing implementation for `resyncperiod` keyword from Corefile.
* Adding tests for parsing `resyncperiod` keyword from Corefile.
