contracts -- contains code for all contracts, also tests, check if it is possible.
rpcclient -- automatic bindings, possibly include our own clients, like frostfsid here?

This could also simplify licensing situation. We could split off API bindings and license them under Apache-2.0. Currently frostfs-sdk-go (Apache) depends on frostfs-contract (GPL)
