Consider upgrading to Docker Compose V2. I've tested the Dev Env and it works fine.

docker-compose - Python script, separate package.
docker compose - Golang tool included in Docker package.

`docker-compose` - Python script, separate package. `docker compose` - Golang tool included in Docker package.
