Grafana Phlare has recently merged with pyroscope:
https://grafana.com/blog/2023/03/15/pyroscope-grafana-phlare-join-for-oss-continuous-profiling/

I found multiple guides with different example configurations (probably one for phlare, others for pyroscope?).
My sugession is to add pyroscope with flamegraph (see multiple profiles for each service) and postpone other possible improvements (like compare profiles between 2 timestamps).
