Currently, we only listen on a single endpoint.
I would like to test multi-ip scenarios, as well as external addresses usage.

It doesn't need to be a different address, port will suffice for testing purposes.
However, it would be nice if this setting was enabled/disabled by some env variable provided to make up.

The easiest way is to load some env overrides for each node.
