[#488] reputation: Change Writer
interface
Includes: - Delete first `ctx` argument in `Write` method. - Move intermediate Initial trust struct and method to `calculator` file. - Change Alpha to 0.1. Signed-off-by: Pavel Karpy <carpawell@nspcc.ru>
