Implement in-memory `Storage` which is going to be used to submit the results of interactions with network members. `Storage` also provides an iterator interface, so the component can be used in `Controller`. Implement `Controller` designed to analyze the values collected by the local node (the source is hidden behind Writer/WriterProvider interfaces) and transfer them to the destination (hidden behind Iterator / IteratorProvider interface).
