Describe the solution you'd like

Add support for the new Metabase schema versions, introduced in #1323 and later, in the frostfs-lens meta explore command
Implement a mechanism to switch between schema versions, for example:
- Introduce a new option --version with values v2, v3 and a default value, ensure there's no conflict with the existing general options in frostfs-lens
- Alternatively, make the version selection automatic based on shard information stored in the metabase
