Delete branch "fyrchik/frostfs-node:nuke-deb"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Also, update go version in dockerfiles.

@fyrchik Why did we stop supporting the creation of deb packages?
We stopped maintaining it de-facto, here I am just removing the files.
We do not use debian packages in any way currently. All our deployments use bitbake recipes maintained separately.
We still want to build Debian packages later, but in a more "canonical" way, like it's done by Debian itself.
