As per https://github.com/neo-project/proposals/pull/133/ the soon-to-be-accepted format will be neo.xxx.xx TXT "address=NUVPACMnKFhpuHjsRjhUvXz1XhqfGZYVtY"

Blocked until upstream proposal is merged.
