@realloc suggested to switch base OCI image from alpine to debian:stable-slim (private chat)

Pros:

Using glibc-based container image makes our development/test environments more similar to Tatlin.Object

Cons:

Debian images are significantly larger (approx. +70MB which about 2.5x increase for most of our images)

Any opinions?
