Node does not store object with [0] copies numbers #473

Expected Behavior

To be backward compatible, [0] value of copies numbers behaves as 0 value of previous implementation: upload object with exact number of replicas from the placement policy.

Current Behavior

Storage node does not store an object at all when request contains [0] copies numbers.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Upload an object with [0] number of copies.
  2. Try to get upload objects, receive error.
