It allows keeping all the locked objects safe after metabase resynchronization. Currently, all `LOCK` objects are broadcast to all nodes in a container, it guarantees `LOCK` object presence in a regular situation. Signed-off-by: Pavel Karpy <carpawell@nspcc.ru>
