[#451] Don't skip [Next]PartNumberMarker in response
In ListParts response we should always keep PartNumberMarker (even if it's zero) and NextPartNumberMarker (even if response isn't truncated) Signed-off-by: Denis Kirillov <d.kirillov@yadro.com>
