ErrAuthorizationHeaderMalformed is an error with the message The authorization header is malformed; the region is wrong; expecting 'us-east-1'..

This error is oddly specific about the region. It does not seem right, because there are different cases when this error can be produced.

Consider changing error message without compatibility breaks.
