S3 Gateway does not return e-tag value in quotes, which is invalid according to examples and a bunch of tests from minio/mint, so response parsing is failed.

Return e-tag values in quotes.

S3 Gateway does not return e-tag value in quotes, which is invalid according to [examples](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/API_PutObject.html#API_PutObject_Examples) and a bunch of tests from minio/mint, so response parsing is failed. ## Describe the solution you'd like Return e-tag values in quotes.
