Added rpc unit tests (#107) * Fixed small incosistencies related to comments and variable name * For testing purposes we have to move the method newBlockchain from the cli/server/server.go to pkg/core/blockchain.go. In addition we have to rename it to NewBlockchainLevelDB in order to be able to export it and avoid naming conflicts. In future we still need to think how to switch between different blockchain implementation easily but for the time being this is not possible. * Added unit tests for the rpc server * Added unit_testnet chain fixture * fixed port number * Added errors handling * move unit_testnet chain from 'cli/chains' to 'pkg/rpc/chains'

Hardforks:
config: s/HF_Aspidochelone/Aspidochelone/ HF_ prefix makes zero sense to me. If it's "hardfork", then it's in the "Hardforks" section already. If it's "hotfix", then it made some sense back when it was HF_2712_FixSyscallFees, but now it's codenamed anyway. So we can drop it and have a cleaner config.

config: replace VerifyBlocks with SkipBlockVerification It directly affects node security and the default here MUST BE the safe choice which is to do the verification. Otherwise it's just dangerous, absent any VerifyBlocks configuration we'll get an insecure node. This option is not supposed to be frequently used and it doesn't affect the ability to process blocks, so breaking compatibility (in a safe manner) should be OK here.
