Anna Shaleva	4c4361b2c6	native: move\remove native NNS tests ... Record types test is moved to non-native NNS tests and adjusted according to the non-native implementation behavior. NEP11-compliance test is removed (non-native NNS is checked against NEP11 standard during examples compilation test).
