Everywhere including examples, external interop APIs, bindings generators
code and in other valuable places. A couple of `interface{}` usages are
intentionally left in the CHANGELOG.md, documentation and tests.
C# servers with SessionEnabled=false will return iterator IDs and no session
IDs which can be reported as an error immediately because the iterator can't
be traversed.
