We were using _very_ old version, so there is a number of changes, including:
* fix for unlimited reads
* UTF-8 check for HTTP requests

1. `GetHash` returnes '0x'-prefixed little-endian hex-string.
2. `GetPayload` and `GetRange` assume result is UTF-8.
