To be able running the node from any working directory by simply
pointing the relative-path as prefix for relative parameters set in
config.

There are no changes visible from the user side (at least for those
users who doesn't put Prometheus's or pprof's port in quotes), just
internal refactoring. From now and on, BasicService configuration is
used by RPC server config, TLS for RPC server, pprof and Prometheus.
And fix failing test along the way:

zap never closes open sinks except its own tests. This behaviour
prevents TestHandleLoggingParams from successful cleanup because
temp log output file can't be closed due to the following error:

So this tremendous cludge is made mosetly for our testing code.
It is not for concurrent usage (we don't have cases of
multithreaded access to logger output sink).

Solution:
Currently no solution is implemented, but we can use relative paths instead of absolute.
