cli/sc: don't rewrite RPC bindings by default
TestAssistedRPCBindings didn't respect rewriteExpectedOutputs setting, with this behavior compiler could produce any result and the test wouldn't notice. Signed-off-by: Roman Khimov <roman@nspcc.ru>
