* Make `ListMorphRuleChains` methods use `commonclient.ReadIteratorItems`.
* Introduce `ContractStorageActor` interface.
* Iterators are used because listing by `ListChainsByPrefix` may cause
  stack overflow from neo-go side (len(items) > 1024).
