There is only ingress chain name. But as @fyrchik mentioned previously it's worth to have the separate name for s3 rules. We already save chains in IAM for s3-gw with s3 prefix and have to start using this name https://git.frostfs.info/TrueCloudLab/frostfs-s3-gw/pulls/276/files#diff-e7555c09b97ef80308cfca9ad8dcbdb0c0f1dfa2
So it would be nice to have such constant here
