opendrive: re-read hash when updating objects

Previously this was reading a stale hash from the object leading to
broken integration tests.

This fixes these integration tests TestSyncDoesntUpdateModtime,
TestSyncAfterChangingFilesSizeOnly, TestSyncAfterChangingContentsOnly,
TestSyncWithUpdateOlder, TestSyncUTFNorm.
