Hugo has been making this warning for a while
WARN found no layout file for "html" for kind "section": You should
create a template file which matches Hugo Layouts Lookup Rules for
this combination.
It turned out to be
- the arrangement of the oracle object storage docs and sub page
- the fact that a section template was missing
