Add context propagation to rclone
...
- Change rclone/fs interfaces to accept context.Context
- Update interface implementations to use context.Context
- Change top level usage to propagate context to lover level functions
Context propagation is needed for stopping transfers and passing other
request-scoped values.

delete files by pressing 'd' in the ncdu listing
GUI Improvements:
Boxes now have a border around them
Boxes can ask questions and allow the selection of options. The
selected option will be given to the UI.boxMenuHandler function.

Added Control+L key to refresh screen. Not sure if this is the
best choice, but it appears to be somewhat common.
