iam: add account tests for Role apis
adds test cases for the following iam actions:
* CreateRole
* GetRole
* ListRoles
* DeleteRole
* UpdateRole
verified to pass against aws when an account root user's credentials are
provided in the [iam] section of s3tests.conf
