boto2: fix byte vs. string comparison in verify_object

Browse source 
the storage class tests were failing on comparisons between the input
data and output data:

AssertionError: assert 'oFbdZvtRj' == b'oFbdZvtRj'

convert the byte representation back to string for comparison
