The `meta.hasExpirationEpoch` function receives an object. However, there is a need to retrieve the expiration epoch from the attributes of an EC chunk's parent. So, split the `meta.hasExpirationEpoch` into two functions: the first one retrives the attributes of an objects, and the second one extracts the expiration epoch from these attributes.
