eeeb0f6f0e core: accept two-side channels for sub/unsub, read on unsub 
Blockchain's notificationDispatcher sends events to channels and these
channels must be read from. Unfortunately, regular service shutdown procedure
does unsubscription first (outside of the read loop) and only then drains the
channel. While it waits for unsubscription request to be accepted
notificationDispatcher can try pushing more data into the same channel which
will lead to a deadlock. Reading in the same method solves this, any number of
events can be pushed until unsub channel accepts the data.

260bcc0f49 wallet: fix wallet version to conform to NEP-6 
See neo-project/neo#2390. Can't see it there? No wonder, that's why we have
this bug for a year and a half. Not critical, we don't care about versions,
but _very_ annoying.

75d7891ca1 services: add ability to combine notary signers 
Notes for witnesses:
* [N sig + M multisig + K contract] combination is possible where N, M, K >=0.
* Each verification script should be properly filled in.
* Each invocation script should either be empty or contain exactly one
signature.

e2f2addf95 notary: fix possible deadlock in UpdateNotaryNodes 
`UpdateNotaryNodes` takes account then request mutex, and `PostPersist` takes
them in a different order. Because they are executed concurrently a deadlock
can appear.

8444f3d816 network: refactor notary service's PostBlock 
There was a deadlock while trying to finalize transaction during
PostBlock:
	1) (*Notary).PostBlock is called under the blockchain lock
	2) (*Notary).onTransaction is called inside the PostBlock
	3) (*Notary).onTransaction needs to RLock the blockchain to add
completed transaction to the memory pool (and the blockchain is Lock'ed
by this moment)

The problem is fixed by using notifications subsistem, because it's not
required to call (*Notary).PostBlock under the blockchain lock.
