Everywhere including examples, external interop APIs, bindings generators
code and in other valuable places. A couple of `interface{}` usages are
intentionally left in the CHANGELOG.md, documentation and tests.

actor: don't abort waiter on "already exists" error

It can happen in many cases of distributed tx generation/submission, we can
just wait normally in this case and there will be some proper result.
