Everywhere including examples, external interop APIs, bindings generators
code and in other valuable places. A couple of `interface{}` usages are
intentionally left in the CHANGELOG.md, documentation and tests.

Parameter is for the RPC client, all other CreateXXXScript functions deal with
regular types.
