[#925] morph: Introduce switch rpc guarded rpc actor

* Introduce switch rpc guarded rpc actor in morph client
  to prevent using invalidated rpc actor when RPC switch
  happens.
* Initialize NewContractStorage with SwitchRPCGuardedActor.
