Subject: [PATCH] [#302] pkg/object: Convert nil `ID` to nil message

Document that `ID.ToV2` method return `nil`
when called on `nil`. Document that `NewIDFromV2`
function return `nil` when called on `nil`. Write
corresponding unit tests.
