Since Go 1.22 a "for" statement with a "range" clause is able
to iterate through integer values from zero to an upper limit.

now it spossible to specify.

Now it's possible to run evacuate shard in async.
Also only one evacuate process can be in progress.

Make `replicator.TaskResult` to accept `netmap.NodeInfo` type instead of
uint64 in order to clarify the meaning and prevent passing the random
numbers.
