[#48] creds,authmate:Replace old accessbox by new
Removed encoder, decoder wraps. Made changes in api, authmate and creds via new accessbox. Updated bearer_token_tests via new accessbox. Signed-off-by: Angira Kekteeva <kira@nspcc.ru>
