The lifetime of an object can be limited by specifying a correspondin well-known attribute. Node should refuse to save expired objects. Checking objects in FormatValidator is extended with an expiration attribute parsing step. Signed-off-by: Leonard Lyubich <leonard@nspcc.ru>
