Evgenii Stratonikov 977c431bf1 vm: implement ASSERT/ABORT opcodes ...

Rename THROWIFNOT to ASSERT, add ABORT opcode.
ABORT cannot be caught, but the implementation should be postponed until
exception handling is implemented.
