* Both `frostfs-cli` and `frostfs-adm` APE-related subcommands use
`PrintHumanReadableAPEChain` to print a parsed APE-chain. So, it's
more correct to have it in a common package over `frostfs-cli` and
`frostfs-adm` folders.
