Use `zap.Error` instead of `zap.String` for logging errors: change all expressions like
`zap.String("error", err.Error())` or `zap.String("err", err.Error())` to `zap.Error(err)`.
Leave similar expressions with other messages unchanged, for example,
`zap.String("last_error", lastErr.Error())` or `zap.String("reason", ctx.Err().Error())`.

Includes extending listing methods in the Storage Engine with object types.
It allows tuning replication/policer algorithms: container nodes do
not remove `LOCK` objects as redundant and try to fulfill `LOCK` placement
on the ohter container nodes.

Reduce public interface of this package. Later each result will contain
an additional status, so it makes more sense to use the same functions
and result processing everywhere.

Use `AddPhyFilter` to select only phy objects.

Container listing already supported in the metabase for `engine.List`
operation. To get container statistics engine should provide both the
option to get container volume estimation and list of all containers.

structured in new types. The most popular scenarios for using operations are
moved to auxiliary functions.
