Set golangci-lint version to v1.41.0 instead of latest 
Checking if this solves the issue with new linting issues that,
at least locally, seem to have been introduced between v1.41.0
and latest (v1.43.0).

9958e0645f Replace promptui with apache-compatible fork. 
Promptui depends on github.com/juju/ansiterm that is licensed under
LGPL. The fork replaces ansiterm.TabWriter with the one in the
standard library.
