Make it store its internal `zap.Logger`'s level. Also, make all the
components to accept internal `logger.Logger` instead of `zap.Logger`; it
will simplify future refactor.

Handling notification in a synchronous manner may lead to a blocking state
if a handler uses neo-go client.

Add worker pool to the listener to prevent blocking. It is used only for
notary notifications and new block events handling since it uses RPC
calls. That may lead to the deadlock state: neo-go cannot send RPC until
notification channel is read but notification channel cannot be read since
neo-go client cannot send RPC.

After `Listen` has raw receiver and calls `listen` which has pointer
receiver, leading to ineffectual assign to `started` field.
Always use `listener` by pointer, to avoid similar bugs.

Parsers should have original notification
structure to be able to construct internal
event structure that contains necessary
for unique nonce calculation information.
So notification parsers take raw notification
structure instead of slice of stack items.

Prepare all listening structures for notary events:
rename(add prefix/suffix 'notification') all
notification specific handlers/parsers.

Write error returned by BlockNotifications() call ins listenLoop method body
to error channel only if it is procided. Otherwise, write debug log message.

Extend Listener with RegisterBlockHandler method. All block handlers are
called on each block read from Subscriber.BlockNotifications channel.

Neo-go does not use smartcontract.Parameter to return values
anymore, so it's convertes partly removed from neofs-node.

Listen and ListenWithError methods check if subscriber channel
has been closed. If so, ListenWithError passes error message
into provided channel.
