Alex Vanin cdcbaa1677 [#168] netmap: Replace pointer slices with non-pointer slices
- []*Replica => []Replica
 - []*Selector => []Selector
 - []*Filter => []Filter
 - []*NetworkParameter => []NetworkParameter
 - []*Node => []Node

Also introduces `filter.id()`` function to store filters
in numCache map.
