[#64] authmate, auth: Fix access key id

Replaced forbidden symbol '/' in access key id by '_'
SecretKeyAddress and SecretKeyID are different things now
Renamed param of authmate from secretAddressFlag to accessKeyIDFlag,
that is more correct, imo.
