| `SOFTLAYER_API_KEY` | Classic Infrastructure API key |
| `SOFTLAYER_USERNAME` | User name (IBM Cloud is <accountID>_<emailAddress>) |

The environment variable names can be suffixed by `_FILE` to reference a file instead of a value.
