vendor: update golang.org/x/crypto v0.0.0-20200128174031-69ecbb4d6d5d (CVE-2020-7919) 
Includes 69ecbb4d6d
(forward-port of 8b5121be2f),
which fixes CVE-2020-7919:

- Panic in crypto/x509 certificate parsing and golang.org/x/crypto/cryptobyte
  On 32-bit architectures, a malformed input to crypto/x509 or the ASN.1 parsing
  functions of golang.org/x/crypto/cryptobyte can lead to a panic.
  The malformed certificate can be delivered via a crypto/tls connection to a
  client, or to a server that accepts client certificates. net/http clients can
  be made to crash by an HTTPS server, while net/http servers that accept client
  certificates will recover the panic and are unaffected.
  Thanks to Project Wycheproof for providing the test cases that led to the
  discovery of this issue. The issue is CVE-2020-7919 and Go issue golang.org/issue/36837.

Indentation is spelled wrong as intendation everywhere the word occurs

Can either be:
> "found a tab character that violates indentation"
or
> "found tab characters that violate indentation"

e3c37a46e2 Add Prometheus Metrics 
at the first iteration, only the following metrics are collected:

  - HTTP metrics of each API endpoint
  - cache counter for request/hit/miss
  - histogram of storage actions, including:
    GetContent, PutContent, Stat, List, Move, and Delete

vendor: update resumable dependency 
Updates resumable hash implementation to Go 1.8 equivalent. This should
be a major speedup, since it includes a number of optimizations from Go
1.7.

a685e3fc98
Replace godep with vndr 
Vndr has a simpler configuration and allows pointing to forked
packages. Additionally other docker projects are now using
vndr making vendoring in distribution more consistent.

Updates letsencrypt to use fork.
No longer uses sub-vendored packages.

a4a227e351 oss native large file copy consume too much time which will eventually lead to client timeout because of no data transmit throughout native copy. change maxCopySize to 128MB, ensure only sm all medium size file use oss native copy to avoid connection reset by peer. And fix Move function with CopyLargeFileInParallel to optimize oss upload copy
